This phase covers from the launch of a product to the market until Hardata decides to replace the product with a new version or a new product, or when the product reaches the end of its lifecycle.
Technical support or Personalized Assistance is not included in the product price. It can be purchased online at dinesat.com.
The Personalized Assistance service includes priority support via email, remote assistance, and a 24/7 emergency line exclusively for critical issues that affect on-air broadcasting.
Additionally, users can access the Help Center for free, where they will find a list of frequently asked questions, and the Forum, where expert users respond to queries.
For those who do not have an active Personalized Assistance service, only inquiries related to product purchase, download, installation, and initial activation will be answered free of charge. These inquiries can be made via email through our customer service department.
Companies using these products can purchase preventive maintenance services and 24/7 support through special contracts. These contracts may include a hardware warranty extension of up to 3 years. For more information on available plans, contact sales@hardata.com.
Extended Technical Support begins when new products or versions replace the current one, or when the product reaches the end of its lifecycle. During this phase, support is limited. This means no new developments, modifications, or software updates will be made for discontinued products or those that have reached the end of their lifecycle.
This service is only offered if the Personalized Assistance service is active, which can be purchased online at dinesat.com.
Support is only provided with an active support and maintenance contract. For more information on available plans, contact sales@hardata.com.

Therefore, prior to using such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions.

Through the Portal, HARDATA provides Users with access and use of various services and content made available to Users by HARDATA or by other Portal users and/or third-party service providers and content (hereinafter, the "Services").
HARDATA reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal, as well as the Services and the conditions required to use the Portal and the Services.

3.2. User Registration
HARDATA reserves some of the Services offered through the Portal for registered HARDATA users by completing the HARDATA User registration available to users who wish to do so. However, HARDATA makes available to users certain Services whose use requires the completion of additional registrations by users.
In both cases, you agree to select, use, and maintain your username (hereinafter "login") and password (hereinafter "password") (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Access Credentials") in accordance with the provisions of clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of these General Conditions.
3.2.1. Assignment of Access Credentials
The User will choose and indicate their own Access Credentials. The User may not choose as Username any offensive, insulting, coinciding with trademarks, trade names, business signs, social names, advertising expressions, names, and pseudonyms of public figures or celebrities for which they are not authorized, or, in general, contrary to law or the requirements of morality and good customs generally accepted.
3.2.2. Use and custody
The User agrees to use the Access Credentials diligently and to not make their Access Credentials available to third parties. The User agrees to notify HARDATA as soon as possible of the loss or theft of the Access Credentials, as well as any risk of access to them by third parties.
3.3. Obligation to use the Portal and Services correctly
The User agrees to use the Portal and the Services in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, as well as morality and generally accepted good customs and public order. The User is obliged to refrain from using the Portal and the Services for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to what is established in these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may, in any way, damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Portal and the Services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Portal and the Services by Users.
3.4. Means to obtain Content
The User must refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, and, in general, any kind of material accessible through the Portal or the Services (hereinafter, the "Content") by using means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available to them for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the Content is located or, in general, from those usually employed on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not involve a risk of damage or disabling the Portal, the Services and/or the Content.
3.5. Proper use of the Content
The User agrees to use the Content diligently, correctly, and lawfully, and in particular, agrees to refrain from (a) using the Content in a way or for purposes or effects contrary to the law, morality, and good customs generally accepted or public order; (b) reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the Content, unless authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted; (c) removing, evading, or manipulating the "copyright" and other identifying data of HARDATA's or its licensors' rights incorporated into the Content, as well as technical protection devices, fingerprints, or any other information mechanisms contained in the Content.
3.6. Introduction of hyperlinks that allow access to the Portal's web pages and Services
